Paul has two decades of experience in education, leadership, speaking, and consulting. He graduated from Florida State University and started teaching high school in 2005. In 2013, Paul transitioned from the traditional classroom to help build a virtual school in his local district. After receiving a master’s in Educational Leadership from National Louis University, he became a school Principal.
